Kenyan beats (Ohangla, genge, or your favorite song), or
Your own rhythm (create something new!).
Show your best moves—energy matters more than perfection!

Dance is our heritage! From Maasai jumps to Genge moves, your rhythm tells Kenya’s story.
Task: Choreograph a 1.5-minute dance to one of the following:
🥁 Traditional beats (e.g. Ohangla, Mugithi), or
🎧 Modern Kenyan hits (Nyashinski, Nadia Mukami).
Once done, take a 1.5-minute video of yourself performing your dance.
You will be judged based on:
Cultural authenticity, creativity & energy, and sync with music.

🎧 Modern Kenyan hits (e.g. Sauti Sol, Khaligraph Jones), or
💃 Your original fusion (mixing styles).
You will be judged on Cultural authenticity, creativity & storytelling, and energy and precision.
