Senior (13-15)
  • Task: Record a 2–3 minute video demonstrating proper table manners during a meal (breakfast, lunch, or dinner).
You must explain or display the following: 
Proper table setting (basic – plate, spoon, fork, serviette, glass).
How to sit properly and hold utensils.
Etiquette while eating – e.g., chewing with mouth closed, saying “excuse me,” not talking with food in your mouth.
Polite conversation – say something positive to the person you're eating with or role-play a kind, respectful dialogue.
How to end the meal respectfully – e.g., thanking the host, clearing your space.

📋 Guidelines:
You may do the video alone or with a family member/friend as a guest at the table.
English or Kiswahili allowed (or both).
Creativity in setup is allowed but must show respect, elegance, and confidence.
Dress neatly as if attending a family dinner or formal meal.
